Director & CEO

An astute leader with acute business acumen, Shrutika Kotecha stands at the helm of Arrow Electricals India Limited as its Chief Executive Officer. An MBA from International Institute of Planning and Management, Shrutika has seamlessly integrated her academic prowess into her executive role, setting new benchmarks for leadership and vision.

With her at the forefront, the company is poised to continually raise industry standards, reflecting her core beliefs in innovation, quality, and dependability. Her leadership narrative is clear – to position Arrow Electricals as an undisputed leader in its domain.

Shubham Yeole

Director

Shubham is a member of the executive leadership team at Arrow. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pune University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from California State University, Northridge. With notable experience at technology giants such as Google and Microsoft.

He is a motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven professional with a particular focus on Supply Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Project Management, and Production Planning. His acumen is further underscored by his proven abilities in negotiation, problem-solving, and analytics, along with an insatiable eagerness to learn and evolve through experience.

Gangaram Dalvi

VP – Sales & Business Development

With a B.E. in Electronics and an MBA, Gangaram Dalvi has 14+ years of diverse experience spanning R&D Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Business Development in various industries such as Telecom, BMS/HVAC, and Real Estate. Specializing in Sales & Business Development. Skilled in people management and customer engagement, and adept at working with teams across different organizational levels and locations.

Prabodh Waykole

Manufacturing Excellence Head

Prabodh Waykole is a seasoned leader with proven track record in optimising and enhancing manufacturing operations by adopting Lean Manufacturing principles for organisations. With 30+years of experience in this role he has consistently driven operational efficiency, quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives, leading to tangible results and sustainable growth of the company.

Yatindar Singh

Production Head

Yatinder Singh serves as the Production Head, where he leads the cutting-edge manufacturing operations for panels. With over 20 years of industry experience, he possesses in-depth knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and supply chain management. His leadership has been instrumental in optimizing workflows, enhancing product quality, and increasing operational efficiency.

Vaibhav Sawant

Chief Manager Service Department

Vaibhav is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in commissioning, service, and technical training across diverse industrial applications. His core expertise lies in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and their practical integration into complex systems and processes. Recognised with the Schneider GEM Award (2nd position globally) for Service Excellence, Vaibhav brings a strong field-oriented mindset and a high level of technical rigour to every project.

Prakash Choudhary

Vice President, Procurement & Stores

Prakash is an accomplished industry expert with more than 35 years of experience across commissioning, service, production, project management, and procurement. He spent three decades at Larsen & Toubro, building a deep understanding of end-to-end industrial operations and systems. At Arrow, he leads the procurement and strategic management of raw materials and oversees storage and inventory processes, ensuring seamless production and operational excellence.
